An explosion-proof warning light is a specialized lighting device designed to operate safely in hazardous environments where the presence of flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dust could lead to an explosion. These lights are engineered with robust construction and sealed enclosures to prevent any sparks or arcs from igniting the surrounding atmosphere. Special glass and a thickened mesh cover prevent arc sparks from coming into contact with flammable gases, ensuring safe operation in Zone 1 and Zone 2 environments.
Equipped with 3030LED high-brightness lamp beads. These LED chips provide superior intensity while being more energy-efficient than traditional warning bulbs.
The integrated high-definition buzzer delivers a clear and loud warning signal that reaches approximately 120 decibels at a one-meter distance.
