Can I get some samples? / Do you offer samples available?
Yes, we can provide sample, but the cost of the sample is paid by the customer. If you feel satisfied and have the next mass production order, we can deduct the cost of the sample.
How is the warranty?
Our warranty time is 18 months. If the product has quality problem within 18 months, please return it to us for repair. If we can't repair it successfully, we will provide a new one; however, man-made damage, improper operation, and force majeure are excluded.
How about the quality of the products?
We have certifications including CE, CCC, CQC, EU, TUV, UL. Products Safety Levels achieved include Ple, SIL, Type 4, Cat.4 etc.
What is the quality guarantee?
We are an ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001-2015 certified manufacturer with a strict quality control system. Each product undergoes an aging test before shipment to ensure quality.
